Learn the Process

of Knowing Who You Are and Where You're Going as an Athlete Leader

Who is it for?

Inward Athlete Roadmap is for any athlete (high school/college/professional) preparing to make their transition to a life after competitive and organized sports.

Ideal athletes are those preparing to transition in the next few years or have recently transitioned in the last 1-5 years.

This program will help athletes gain clarity, confidence, and be prepared to thrive in all areas of their lives now and in their next chapter after sports.

What Does This Experience Include?

**Six video lessons on the pillars of: honor, identity, purpose, leadership, lifestyle, and inspired action.

**Inward mindfulness activities embedded into each pillar designed to expand self-awareness, emotional processing, and mental preparation for life after sports. Athletes will experience stream of consciousness journaling, custom Inward Audio Visualization Journeys, breathwork techniques, and specific integration steps to take inspired action.

**Inward bonus activities to create more fun, joy, and play as you navigate stressful life transitions.

**Access to a private LinkedIn page for athletes who are/have completed Inward Athlete Roadmap for peer support and professional networking opportunities.

How will this happen?

This is a self-guided go-at-your-own-pace experience. It has been intentionally designed to move athletes through an individual process as they integrate their new self-awareness as a leader at each new pillar of transformation. It is recommended to move at a weekly pace and experience one new pillar every week for six weeks. This is also information that can and should be revisited regularly for maintenance of processing emotions during the time of this life transition.
